Director of Business Development

We are seeking a Director of Business Development who will assist us to achieve our Vision for increasing our yearly volume and projected growth through negotiated work, while maintaining our image of a premier construction organization. 

The individual will be responsible for existing clients and new client development within Christiano Construction's base of educational, churches/religious facilities, commercial, multi-family, retail, hospitality, office/government and medical clients.  This candidate will be the primary contact and resource for clients in order to identify, pursue, and capture new project opportunities for Christiano Construction Company.  Will work closely and interface with principals, Estimating and the Operations divisions.  The Director of Business Development is responsible for the development of the sales plan, documenting business contacts and reporting sales activities to the executive staff.
