Edward J. Christiano
Mr. Christiano has more than 34 years of experience in construction. He started the company in 1976 after co-owning Eagle Realty and Investments and has grown the company to serve numerous public and private clients throughout the State of Florida. Ed is very active in the Pinellas Doorways Program, providing scholarships each year to elementary school students. In addition, he has served as past district governor for Rotary and is an active member of the Clearwater East Rotary Club. Ed will ensure that his team provides quality service on every detail through project completion as this is how Christiano has earned an established reputation for "standing behind our product."

Laurance P. Dickie, AIA
Mr. Dickie has worked for Christiano Construction for 18 years, and brings over 32 years of professional construction experience to your project. As a registered Architect and State of Florida Certified General Contractor, Larry's extensive knowledge in both disciplines allows him the opportunity to be beneficial to your project during the design and construction phases. As a “hands on” Project Executive for the company, Larry conducts all the initial Team Planning and Scheduling Meetings. Guaranteeing accountability, Larry will provide weekly reviews of your project in accordance to the owners' specific request, to ensure that the construction is proceeding according to plan, on time and within budget.

Mr. Bambace is Vice President of Operations and has more than 27 years of construction experience. John is responsible for the daily activites of all the project managers and superintendents; keeping a pulse on each and every project, assuring accountablity and adherence to the budget and schedule. |

Bill Cooper
Mr. Cooper, Vice President of Pre-Construction Services, has more that 35 years experience in construction and construction estimating. Bill's extensive knowledge in budget allocation during schematics, and cost control during the design phase has saved owners thousands of dollars for their projects. His adept ability in value engineering and Life Cycle Analysis has proved beneficial to the overall construction budget. Bill routinely performs constructability reviews of the plans and specifications for any gaps, overlaps, omissions and for clarity of detail. This process is strictly adhered to, as it is a tool that helps to eliminate change orders. Bill constantly keeps current with market prices which enable him to communicate more effectively with owner and architects. | |
