Contracted as a Design-Build project, this new, stand-alone Customs Facility in the general aviation area will be capable of handling up to 30 passengers with baggage. This General Aviation Processing (GAP) facility will also serve the two General Aviation Fixed Base Operators (FBO) at Tampa International Airport. This facility will be constructed mid-way between the two FBO complexes that will serve both on an equal basis. Also included in the scope of work is the expanded asphalt aircraft parking apron to the north of the proposed building.

With an accelerated schedule of five and a half months, these two new credit unions located in New Tampa and the Trinity area in Pasco County are on target for being deemed “fast-track” projects. With a construction budget of $1,300,00 per structure, the 3,525 s.f. buildings are designed as one-story, concrete masonry structures that replicate the design initiated from the Clearwater facility as pictured below.Along with the structures themselves, the site work has been included in our scope of work. Trinity is schedule for completion in May, 2006, and the New Tampa credit union will be ready for business in August, 2006.

Christiano has been assigned one of the “Classroom For Kids” packages from the Hillsborough County School Board. The schools in this package are: Temple Terrace Elementary ($1,802,000), to construct 14 primary classrooms. Brooker Elementary ($2,321,000), to construct 18 primary classrooms. Yates Elementary ($1,550,000), to construct 12 primary classrooms. Burns Middle School ($1,250,000), to construct 12 general classrooms, plus group toilets. Christiano was recently given an additional two elementary schools, Lawton Chiles ($1,032,269), to construct 8 classrooms and Tampa Palms schools ($1,550,891), to construct 12 classrooms.
