Light Industrial Projects

The scope of work includes the construction of a new warehouse and storage facility. More than 600 cubic yards of concrete was poured. Phase two of this project will be the additon of several new offices. Vicki Russo, AIA, with Vicki V. Russo Architects is the designer of the new office space.

Assigned the task of three individual construction projects, we delivered the building renovations and additions on time and within the allotted construction budget. Keeping the entire site functional and operational at all times, we completed the addition of office and conference space while constructing the addition to their fleet maintenance facility. The uniqueness of this project was doubling in size the refrigerated drive-thru warehouse. This facility allowed the beer trucks to drive in, get loaded and drive out in a one-way direction. We were able to keep the building completely functional through the entire expansion, allowing full use of the loading areas.
