Retail Projects

Described as a “first” for Kash n’ Karry, this was a prototype grocery store for their new Super Centers. An extremely “fast track” project, this grocery store was built, stocked and ready for business within 8 months. In addition to the food center, Christiano also built 18 retail stores in this strip-mall setting.

Conveniently located across the street from Citrus Park Mall, we constructed the new Citrus Park Plaza, consisting of the Ulta Salon (pictured here) along with 5,000 s.f. of additional retail space.

Christano was able to save the owner over $300,000 in construction cost. This Goodwill store was one of the first with a new, contemporary design. Constructed of masonry and steel, Christiano built a second, identical store in Lakeland. Christiano also constructed a Goodwill store on Gandy Blvd., located in St. Petersburg.

Christiano constructed three Tractor Supply stores. Two free-standing and one in a stripmall type setting. These buildings were constructed of masonry and steel, with a stucco exterior.
