Completing the construction in just four and a half months, Christiano exceeded the owner's expectations with this “fast-track” project. This one-story, concrete masonry structure was a prototype facility.

Formerly Kash n' Karry, Christiano was responsible for the interior renovations to this 2-story office building. New office space was designed and configured in the exisiting work areas. Fresh paint inside and out, new ceilings were installed, and new floor coverings were part of the scope of work. Christiano also added more square footage to the second floor, adding more office space.

Christiano performed a major exterior renovation to the Star Center. The office complex was completely re-stuccoed and painted, and we incorporated the addition of four exterior stairwells/elevator shafts. The housing of the stairs and elevators is the focal point of the building, as each were painted different, bold and vivid colors, along with a very unique, modern, and high-tech design.
