Sun City Center, Florida’s Premier Retire Town, offers an array of activities and living lifestyles for those 55 years and older. Christiano provided Construction Management Services for this new Mediterranean style office complex and welcome center. The interior of this center includes terrazzo floors, architectural molding and features $250,000 interior millwork. A beautifully constructed clock tower and brick paver round-about, add to the sophisticated atmosphere of the building.

Built in 1926, The Sunset Vinoy Golf Club ensconces old world tradition with a blend of modern amenities. With its beautiful Mediterranean Revival style architecture, Christiano's role was to restore this building, which features minarets, heavily bracketed cornices, keyhole arches and onion domes. Included in the renovation were the addition of a new kitchen and restrooms, along with a restored staircase, interior plastering and the painting of the ceilings and archways.
